Refund policy
We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns. Only if the following parameters are satisfied.
* Tags must still be intact.
* The item must be unworn.
* The item must be unaltered or unwashed.
* The item must be free of pet hair/ dander.
* The item must be free of any body odor & sweat.
* The item must be free of perfume & deodorant.
* The item must still be in the bag which it came in.
* Returns must be initiate within 21 days of the order. Customer will have an additional 14 days to mail the item back. If the items are not mailed back in that time frame, then the return will be void. You pay shipping to return items. There will also be a 15% restocking fee applied.
If the above parameters are Not met (to the point where items cannot be relisted or sold) then we reserve the right to refuse a return. In such case that this happens, then the item can be returned to the customer for a shipping & handling cost of $10. The fee will be invoiced or deducted from the credit amount due to the customer.
Items Not eligible for a return (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- Items purchased on clearance
- Items purchased during an event, conference or popup
- Gift cards
- All special order items
All returns will be processed as a store gift card. That must be used within 1 year from the date issued.
No refunds are available.
